Orders from your ERP software, or other third-party application, are transferred through the online dashboard, directly to the driver’s handheld computer in the preferred delivery route. As soon as each order is completed, a signed electronic ticket is uploaded back to your ERP package and stored in the correct customer account within minutes. Invoices can be processed straight away and, with our calendar tool, any transaction, no matter how old, can be retrieved at the touch of a button. This makes stock reconciliation and month-end accounting much simpler exercises and customer queries can be resolved immediately.
The system also facilitates third-party or agent deliveries by splitting out invoices on completion or transferring to central billing. Sales and stock movements are captured electronically, reducing administration time, avoiding unnecessary stock disputes and preserving good agent relationships.

Our robust, easy-to-use, big-button handheld computers provide reliability and advanced functionality. Full signature capture can be carried out on the large screen and an electronic POD is automatically stored within your ERP system.
The system allows drivers to accept customer payment while on the road and to allocate that payment against a specific invoice or account. Receipts are issued for cash or cheques and credit card details can be stored on the handheld for secure approval back in the office. A handy sum-checker helps to avoid errors when taking the number down.
Daily vehicle inspection reports can also be performed on the handheld. Drivers no longer need to manually fill out and store paper reports. Instead, an electronic copy is transferred to the dashboard and recorded for audit purposes. If a driver does flag a defect, DreamTec Systems can notify the relevant back-office personnel or even your maintenance garage. Parts can be ordered straight away, reducing potential damage to your fleet and time off the road. End-of-day activity summaries are also expedited in the same way.
